Reverend Penelope Morningstar is a non-denominational minister who officiates weddings in Wilmington and surrounding counties. Penelope works closely with couples to create a ceremony that is warm and personal and reflects their beliefs and feelings. She officiates traditional, non-traditional, contemporary/spiritual, interfaith, Celtic handfasting, as well as civil/secular ceremonies.
